S. N. Bulgakov considers man not to be a spirit enclosed in a case of matter, but a spiritual-corporeal, natural being, whose fate is inextricably linked with the natural world. According to F. Schelling, "the general flaw of all Modern European philosophy, starting with Descartes, is that there is no nature for it, that it has no living basis."

From a truly Russian point of view, S. N. Bulgakov helps the West to push aside the narrowed and oppressed consciousness, to revive the nature of reason, showing how a thought that is united by subjective idealism and mechanical materialism is rushing around, capable of destroying everything in its path. Today, Western thought is in pathological fear, and its ideologues, agonizing, are capable of unleashing a nuclear war.

This true truth, based on the precise philosophical view of S. N. Bulgakov, should become known to all the peoples of the planet. Therefore, only by giving a truly moral and Christian assessment of the events taking place in the Balkans can a world conflagration be prevented. Further flirting with the aggressor, who violates all norms of morality and international law, will inevitably lead to a third world war.

Only Russia can lead the planet away from the threshold of nuclear war in cooperation with countries that strive to preserve humanity and overcome the Western philosophy of sovereign reason, a worldview that leads humanity to destruction.

At this critical moment, it is necessary to consolidate Russian society and government on the basis of Russian Orthodox culture and Russian Orthodoxy. It is necessary to embark on the path of integral and harmonious development of society by adopting a bipolar system of development. Modern society differs significantly from the society of the beginning of the century in the presence of bitter experience and a heavy burden of unresolved problems. Once again, there are calls for rebellion, they want to dissolve the authorities in the anger of the people and encourage them to use force.

Such a policy will avoid the severity of ideological radicalism in the economy. Militant economism is transformed into a non-militant economic worldview, and its nature will dramatically weaken, become tolerant, and manageable.

A bipolar political economy in its development can become a bridge connecting two banks - the development block and the life support block. It will make it possible to realize political economy as a science of economic management and will occupy a worthy place in the philosophy of S. N. Bulgakov. It can solve economic problems and become a starting point for continued development.

S. N. Bulgakov predicted the idea of a new way of development of Russia at the beginning of the XX century. According to him, the best of all economic forms, whatever they may be called and whatever combination of capitalism and socialism, private and public property they may represent, is the one that provides personal freedom-freedom from natural poverty and social bondage.

In the new conditions, the political authorities of Russia will be able to set clear and accessible goals in the future bipolar socio-economic development system. Today, Russians clearly understand that creating a market economy of survival for the sake of survival cannot constitute the material and spiritual content of their lives.

The current political power of Russia, which seeks to be in harmony with its Western neighbors, did not expect that B. Clinton would put the United States on the warpath. Now it has become clear that the strategic plan of the countries of Europe and the United States for the near future is aimed at destroying the economic mechanism of Russia, reducing its overall potential and subordinating it to the aggressive policy of the West.

Given the duration of technological recovery of the life support unit (about 10 years), Russia could lose its controllability and independence as an integral state at the beginning of the XXI century. Political power should be based on two pillars - the idea of sovereignty and the idea of spirituality, on which the Russian state has always stood. This is the only way to restore the greatness of Russia, give society a holistic and harmonious development, and ensure the internal unity and identity of Russia.

The Russian government is not by nature totalitarian, as for centuries it has acted in ideological unity with Russian Orthodoxy, which preaches humanity and equality, in contrast to Western countries, where the government is subordinated to the colonial policy of "divide and rule". This is, in fact, a transfer of the biological concept of power to the social and spiritual life of people. Fortunately, we are witnessing the degeneration of this barbaric policy.

The militancy of the West is explained by the bourgeois worldview, which elevates material relations to the rank of spiritual values. Through the hidden mechanisms of money power and the commercial financial system, bourgeois ideology rules the capitalist world.

The political power of Russia has two ways : to submit to the dictates of the West or to follow its internal nature of cultural and moral development.

The disintegration of the colonial system and the Western philosophy of the Middle Ages observed today shows that the Western world was not able to transform the enslaving colonial system into a new spiritual and social economic system, and it still has to undergo spiritual and social reconstruction under the beneficial influence of Russia.

A bipolar development system can protect Russia from violent encroachments on its resources by the United States and Western countries. The two-pole system is based on the policy of multipolar peace, non - use of force in international disputes, and the policy of true peace.

The harmonious combination of Russian philosophical thought and the religious cultural heritage of Russia should become the foundation of Russian power, which will mark the beginning of the revival of Russian statehood and will be an eternal monument to the great son of Russia S.
