The laws of formation of the remissions at the alcoholism (alcoholic dependence on ICD-10) are important not only for narcologia, but also for understanding of the nature of biological time of a man. It is possible to consider the formation of remissions at the alcoholic dependence as a process of self-organization of the open biological ethanol-dependent system of the organism of a man in conditions of deprivation of alcohol.

In the given work the published materials of a number of the researchers on diagnostic and clinic of chronic alcoholism [10,11,12,13] are used with the purpose of a new interpretation that adds some new points to the interpretation of the authors. Shakhbazov V.G. with co-authors established, that the percent of the mobile in an electrical field nuclei (PMN) of the buccal epithelium that have a negative electrical charge, depends on the age of the donors. The meanings of the Ў°age normЎ± ЁC average statistical parameters PMN depending on the age of the donor - are determined. PMN is maximal in the age of about 20 years and then is reduced during the process of aging of a man. PMN reflects the size of biological age (BA) of a man (so-called cytobiophysical parameter BA) - parameter of a condition of a systemical, biological time of organism. In process of increasing of PMN, BA is reduced [13]. The patients of alcoholism in the age of from 20 till 60 years in a condition of remission (including ЁC the long-term remission), that were investigated by I.K. Sosin and his co-autors, have an average level of PMN (PMNrem.) for 30-35 % less than the age norm. The restoration of PMN up to the level of age norm does not occur. It is essential, that for the persons abusing with alcohol without attributes of alcoholic dependence, the termination use of the spirituous liquors can result in restoration of meanings of PMN of age norm. In the condition of sharp alcoholic intoxications, PMN of the patients with generated alcoholic abstention syndrome (AAS) is usually on 3-5 % less age norm, or (in some cases) equal to it. As for persons without attributes of alcoholic dependence, the dynamics of PMN for them is opposite, the increase of this parameter is observed. In the condition of AAS, PMN (PMNabst.) is reduced on 80-90%, in a number of cases - on 100%. It means that at alcoholic dependence in a situation of the use of alcohol - the alternations of alcoholic intoxication and AAS, the fluctuations of PMN in a range from zero up to the meaning of age norm (range of duration of this process ЁC several hours or 1-2 day) can occur. With the exception of reception of alcohol (during the formation of the remission) the fluctuations of the size of PMN from zero (PMNabst.) up to the meanings of PMNrem.are possible (range of duration of process is about 3 months).

The hypothesis [5,6,7] is developed, according to which BA of a patient of alcoholism in alcoholic intoxication decreases, and in the condition of hangover it is sharply increased. In a condition of remissions the proof, irreversible excess of BA to the average statistical of parameters of the given age is kept. The gradual increase use of the spirituous liquors during months and years results to astructurally steady pathological condition ЁC the alcoholism, and it is also accompanied by an irreversible, proof change of BA.

It is important, that the process of the gradual increase of PMN from zero up to the greatest possible (on the average - up to 79 % - 0,79 in shares of unit) exists also in norm. It is the dynamics of PMN and of BA in a negentropycs phase of the ontogenesis. However the range of duration of this process, on the average, from birth is up to 20 years [13].

It is essential, that the dynamics of restoration of PMN(so and of BA) at the formation of remissions is various depending on the way of the medical treatment of AAS, that is from the entry conditions of the process (it is known, that during self-organization processes the entry conditions - in this case methods of the medical treatment of AAS ЁC are important). PMN is especially fastly restored at the application of a method of the superficial cranio-cerebral hypothermia ЁC the controlled reduction of temperature of a head brain. Here are the data of influence of cranio-cerebral hypothermia on the PMN of the patients in the age of 26-29 years with most expressed, heavy displays of AAS [10].

PMN is: 13,3ЎА5,9; 15,7ЎА5,5; 13,7ЎА2,3; 22,0ЎА4,1; accordingly, up to hypothermia, in process hypothermia, after hypothermia, the next day after hypothermia. It is important, that the changes of PMN in the process of medical treatment of AAS in the given example are not monotonously increasing, and can be interpeted as fluctuation. The next day after hypothermia PMN reached half of age norm, while at the use of medical treatment the comparable result was found out only on the 15-20 day of treatment.

In the above mentioned example of the attitude of PMN on the day after hypothermia to the PMN up to hypothermia and to PMN in process of hypothermia, PMN has the following meanings directly after hypothermia:

22,0/13,3 ЎЦ 1,654; 22,0/15,7ЎЦ 1,400;

22,0/13,7 ЎЦ 1,606. 22,0/100 = 0,220 ЎЦ (1/1,656)3.

It is easy to see, that during the process of medical treatment of AAS and the process of formation of remissions at realization of cranio-cerebral hypothermia, in the dynamics of PMN(and of BA) the laws of golden section and the affinity of the attitudes, that describe the formation of remission at the alcoholic dependence, (1,654), (1,606), (1,656)3, to the golden proportion (1,618) and to its derivatives (1,400; 20,5; 2 ЁC Fibonacci numbers) are found out.

M.F.Timofeev [12] established the periods of risk of a relapse at the patients with alcoholic dependence at early stages of remission. These periods were found out with the use of a method of studying of the reactions of vessels of a head brain to the smell of alcohol among the male patients of alcoholism in the age from 30 till 48 years. The periods of the maximal sensitivity to the smell of ethanol ("the periods of risk" of a relapse of alcoholic dependence) are on the initial day (zero day of abstention from alcohol) (I period), 2-3 days (III period), 7-8 days (V period), 19-21 days (VII period) and 45-50 days (IX period).

The periods of the minimal sensitivity to the smell of alcohol are on the 2 days (II period), 4-5 days (IV period), 12-13 days (VI period), 30-32 days (VIII period) and 62-66 days (X period) of remission. It is noticeable that the terms of change (in days) of the I-VII periods of the formation of the remission correspond exactly to the line of Fibonacci numbers: 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, invariant of which is the golden proportion: 1,618 number. Terms of change of the VIII-X periods make accordingly: 32, 50, 66 days against numbers of the Fibonacci numbers - 34, 55, 89 [1].

Naturally, the given facts are not enough for any categorical statements. However, it is possible to ascertain a role of the golden section and Fibonacci numbers in the increase of discrete meanings of PMN (and the reduction of BA ("rejuvenation" of organism)) in process of formation of remission of a man with alcoholic dependence (in a range of duration about hours, day, months, years).

Conceptual base of consideration of dynamics PMN and BA as a parameter of biological, system time of organism, within the framework of the offered hypothesis, can be synergetics, nonlinear thermodynamics of I. Prigogine and representation about biological time as fractal. [1,2,8,14]. Yu. Savenko convincingly wrote (in the context of discussion of new paradigms in psychiatry [9]) about a role of Ў°PrigogineЎЇs, bifurcational, synergeticsЎ± models of difficult open nonlinear, non-stationary developing systems, a role of the theory of accidents of R. Thom, synergetics of H. Haken for psychiatry as parts of a modern science. A measure and way of achievement of stability of system is the golden proportion (§¶ = 1,618 Ў­), and on an error approximation to derivative F it is possible to judge a degree of completeness of one or another natural process. The Fibonacci numbers reflect the points of bifurcation, determining stability - instability of the condition of the system, they also provide the revealing of a structural optimum of system during self-organization [8]. The application of concept of fractals to biological time and to processes of development of biological systems [1,14] has become usual.

With the purpose of modeling dynamics PMN (and BA) during formation of remission at the alcoholism we apply the elementary model of the limited growth of discrete dynamic system, in which the increase of PMN from zero up to the maximal size PMNrem., reflects the condition of discrete dynamic system - system BA of a man [4,5,6,7].

That is:

Xn - number of elements of system (PMN), "§Ў" ЁC coefficient of Maltus of duplication of elements. In researches of populations "§Ў" means, that in each following generation will be in "§Ў" times more elements, than in previous. The processes with self-saturation, with limited growth, are widely spread almost in any systems and, despite their simplicity, the considered dependence can give important rough estimations. Xn in a limit aspires to meaning Xn+1, that is in our case to PMNrem.. So, by the meaning of PMNrem. it is possible to estimate the size of coefficient "§Ў":

And at 1 < A < 3 there is a steady decision. If 1 < A < 2, the sequence Xn comes nearer of asimptotics to Xn+1 (Xn+1 = PMNrem.) on the one hand, and at 2 < A< 3, from two parties (in this case sequence "oscillation" concerning a point Xn+1). At the further increase of parameter Ў°AЎ± the motionless point Xn+1 loses stability, and the sequence meanings of bifurcation A converges in a limit to meaning of number d = 4,669 Ў­, that is to the constant of Feigenbaum[4,14].

1/d = 1 /(4,669) ЎЦ 0,214, where number d = 4,669 Ў­ Constant of Feigenbaum, which size is connected to golden section [4,14]:

1/d ЎЦ 0,214 = 1 - 0,786 = 1 - (0,618) 0,5

(It is probable, not casually, the maximal size PMN, achievable in the ontogenesis of the man, is on the average equal 0,79 ЎЦ 0,786 ЎЦ (0,618) 0,5).

The process of doubling of period in difficult evolutions systems, is connected with universal script of transition to chaos (exit from chaos) in nonlinear dynamic systems, with so-called cascade of doubling of Feigenbaum [1].

The described doubling of the period reminds a fractal, based on binary system with a parameter of scaling equal to number d [5,14].

where ¦Б = §Ў/2 - §Ў2/4;

On the basis of display (2) fractals of Julia, Mandelbrot, Fatou are constructed. In case of set Julia J: (¦Б, b) - complex value [4].

At use of display (2) in modeling of BA the application of the concept of two-dimensional of biological time by G.E. Mikhailovsky is possible [3]. Two-dimensional time of the given biological system can be presented as complex value, valid and imaginary parts of which will be the meanings of ontogenetical and physiological times accordingly. That is in complex value (¦Б, b): ¦Б - parameter of ontogenetical age (on Mikhailovsky), b - parameter of physiological time. The negative acceleration of physiological hours is in essence equivalent to a positive increase of the indications (i.e. course) of ontogenetical hours. In other words, the delay of physiological processes (for the given system) expressed in fraction, where in a denominator there is a negative square of the increase of physiological time, is equivalent to the speed of its ontogenetical processes, in the denominator of which there is a positive increase of ontogenetical time. There is a similar connection between imaginary and real numbers: the negative square of imaginary number is a positive real number. So it is possible to interpete a coordinate plane, which points correspond to the moments of two-dimensional biological time, as a complex plane, which imaginary axis is submitted by physiological time, and valid ЁC by ontogenetical time. The complex representation of biological time allows to express within the framework of one formalism both cyclic and exponential character of dynamics, to which the overwhelming majority of vital displays [3] is reduced.

Within the framework of the offered hypothesis the formation of remission at alcoholic dependence can be considered as process of dynamics (including chaotic dynamics) of biological time in view of transformations of golden section, Fibonacci numbers and of representation of biological time as complex number. The problem of formation of remissions at alcoholism (by consideration it at a biological level) seems to be connected to laws of self-organization of biological time of systems and to the special features of human nature as a system.
